This position requires a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, promoting the physical and mental benefits of tennis, and contributing to the growth and success of our tennis programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct individual and group tennis lessons, ensuring a safe, productive, and enjoyable environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement training programs tailored to different skill levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and oversee tennis clinics, camps, and special events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide strategic coaching in competitive situations, including tournaments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess players\u2019 skills and provide constructive feedback and technical advice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated with the latest tennis techniques, teaching methods, and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with other staff to promote and grow the tennis program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with the tennis community in Augusta, GA, to attract new players and retain existing ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience as a Tennis Pro or similar role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification from a recognized tennis organization (e.g., USPTA, PTR) is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to organize and lead tennis programs and events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to professional development and staying current in the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This role offers a rewarding opportunity to inspire and mentor tennis players while being part of MACH Academy, Inc. in Augusta, GA.
